This is certainly a nice hotel - as one would expect from a Crown Plaza. It's about 10-15 mins in the tram / taxi from central Zurich, so not bad. The area is also safe and good. I find the hotel good in terms of cleanliness, service and rooms. The location is not exactly in the centre but it's easily accessible with nearby trams plus is fairly in safe neighbourhood. The staffs at the hotel were friendly and helpful too. I would definately return here. more
