We stayed in Romanik Florhof for 2 nights and were generally happy with the service and our room. This hotel has an old feel to it (not in a positive way), which I think could be improved by simple basic renovation i.e. fresh coat of paint and new bathtub. From the moment we arrived to Romantik Hotel Florhof, it was faboulous. Check-in was swift and we received a glass of sparkling wine as welcome. It sure did make us feel welcome! Stayed there all together 4 times over the years, each time for business. It was a wonderful experience, as this is one of the few hotels where the staff truly make you feel at home. The staff remembers you and offers you a glass of champagne and a warm welcome as you enter. The rooms are charming, albeit somewhat small.... more
