The guesthouse is located in a residential area away from the noisy town or big streets. This should garantee a quite night. But the walls and pipes are so badly soundproofed, that with those guests they had during my stay, there was no sleep before 1 am in the night. We stayed for 2 nights at Atlantis Guesthouse for US$164 which we booked from Yeego.com. It was certainly a good deal. The room was clean though a bit small. You get your own bath and there was tea/coffee making facilities. You can get your own tub of ice down the hallway. The firendly staff make it all the more pleasant.... more

A nice little hotel situated away from the city. Clean, decent size and reasonably convenient. Zurich is a small city with an exceptional public transportation system so getting around is a breeze. This small hotel is in an out-of-the-way location a few minutes walk from the Triemli S-bahn railway stop. The easiest way to get there is by the S-10 train from the central railway station, approximately a 15 minute trip. The hotel is relatively difficult to find if one is driving, especially at night. This hotel is located is a nasty neighborhood. I can't believe some people liked the location. There is absolutely nothing close by or at walking distance, except for a hospital!. wot a great hideout seemed a little far 4km from main station but actually if u have a zurich card which u will its not a problem with the speedy puntual swiss trains surrounded by mountains next to the station tremili well posted signs ...wot more can u ask for great spacious rooms ..very clean great breakfast..ah heaven!!! more
