The price for a 3/4 star hotel in Zurich goes for US 350/500 depends the day.. Park Hyatt has an average of US 800/1,000 a day. Zurich become to be the most expensive city in the world. London and Japan are now with more and reasonable prices for the lodging. MERCURE HOTEL STOLLER is an interesting story it was founded... More

The place is in a relatively good location since it's near a tram & bus route, however with the traffic noise heard in my room (4th floor) constantly, I'm not sure that the convenience to transpo is adequate offset for the noise. The stay was generally OK, however the PURPLE bathroom made me feel like I was in the 70's... More

Christopher Hal Kibler, Following your review we’d like to clarify certain points as they are obviously not true. All our rooms are equipped with fully sound proofed windows. Anyway, due to the city location it might be noisy when opening the window. The control for the air conditioning can be found near the door. The laundry bill of CHF 102... More

The hotel is a bit off the center but a direct tram from zurich HB gets you there in 15 minutes. The tram stop is meters away from the hotel. The old looks a bit rundown but the rooms are modern with all amenities you need. There is a nice coffee machine, a flat screen TV, Comfortable Beds and a... More

Comfortable although the room we were in was a little small. In saying this we were not in Zurich to stay in a hotel room. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is very handy to the greater city area. We arrived from our flight at 8am. and they said that our room was available. Great. They adviser... More

It is a nice property, clean bright and modern, all of what a traveler would normally look for in a hotel, but my own oversight in picking this one was its lack of proximity to areas of the town interesting to a couple traveling, especially when you come in by rail and only have one night - so this issue... The Tassimo coffee maker was a very pleasant surprise. The Mercure Stoller is one of the few European hotels I have visited that provides in-room coffee making. The room also has an in-bathroom TV set. I have been very happy with the service and quality of this hotel. The location isn't central, but it hasn't been a problem because the... More

Hotel was affordable. Zurich hotels are quite expensive as June is peak period and Mercure Stoller Zurich is one of the affordable ones. A bit out from the city centre but the hotel is easily reached by trams/public transport. Friendly reception and room service. Some of the restaurant staff are not that friendly though. Rooms are a bit small.

The receptionist and hotel manager are friendly and helpful. However, they need to pay more attention in the housekeeping department who did not properly clean the bed as it happened to both our 2 rooms. Also, I regret that they threw away my personal slippers that I brought with me.
