The hotel is very nice, and old-fashioned. The rooms are a good size. It is in an ideal location. Bizarrely, the coffee at breakfast is foul and comes from a machine that makes instant coffee - you know one of those square ones with a photograph on its front panel - a bit like you get at a Holiday Inn... more

The hotel could not be more conveniently located! The room on the 5th floor I was in was not recently renovated but was very clean. Bathroom was very very small. The oyster bar is something that you will remember!! more

I stayed for 1 night and am still in shock. This hotel is an utter disgrace. Yes the staff is nice and welcoming, but the facilities are simply the worst I have ever seen in Switzerland, or anywhere alse for that matter. The room was old, tattered and in need a a good clean.
