This was our second stay at this hotel. My husband came on both occasions for business and my baby daughter and I for sightseeing. We ended up with the same room on the first floor. My room (street side) was terribly noisy. A room change was not offered, even if the hotel was not fully booked (you could tell from the few guests at breakfast). Staff did not really care about my requirements and my comfort. more
