Considering the position, city prices and the quality of the room, I can surely say that this is a good compromise between clean rooms and higher standards. Moreover, the garage option for car parking is a very valuable opportunity to avoid high cost of street parking.

In a business trip . Hotel decent , big prices for what it offer . Old furniture , clean , but not a fine position if have room on to the busy street . Staff ok, but need to be more friendly . Breakfast ok , but if have possibility chose any hotel closer ( Basilea , Zuercherhof , du... More

I stayed last week for a night (second time in two weeks) as this hotel is a good option in Zurich: very close to train station, quiet rooms, great wifi and reasonable breakfast. It is safe (I was traveling alone for business) and the hotel staff is very friendly. The bed is great (if you like firm beds) Why not... More

On a recent trip to Europe we stayed for one night. The hotel is located close to an old church. Very nice area just across the river from the city center. The walk to the city center & the lake is just 5-10 minutes. They also offer good breakfast - reasonably good choices. The rooms are reasonable sized with good... More

The hotel is very conveniently situated in the heart of the city and a short walk from the station.I asked for a quiet room and was given a double which was completely silent and very comfortable. The bed was nice and firm but sadly so was the pillow, so I asked for a softer one and the cheerful young lady... More

This is a reasonable enough hotel in the heart of the city. Can't argue with the location, close to the main station and the old town - everything in walking distance (this is what makes this place 'very good' rather than 'average'. The room was OK but the bed was a bit hard for my liking. Bathroom was also OK,... More

I made the mistake of thinking that a double room for a business colleague and me would mean more than an inch would separate our beds. If you're staying with a loved one, this isn't an issue, but I found it awkward. I also thought the bed would be more comfortable than an Ensolite pad and the pillow far softer.... More

The hotel is nicely located near a pedestrian area with many restaurants and the hotel is ideally located within 10 min walk from the hospital. Basic rooms are small and I would avoid stay there with my girlfriend. They are clean but nothing special, sufficient for a business stay and breakfast was included as well as the wifi.

We stayed on the top floor and could smell the ground-floor restaurant as if it were in our room. The room had been recently renovated and was quite comfortable, although the shower curtain is hung too high and the bathroom floods when you shower, and the electrical outlet for my bedside table fell out of the wall when I tried... Actually, families should read this.. Hotel's location was central and walking distance to everywhere. But at nights, the street of the hotel is a little bit irritating. Women were waiting at corners to find customers(!) and it really was irritating so it is not very suitable for families with children. All hotels in switzerland are very expensive and they really...
