Hotel Montana is very close to the train station and easy to find. It was only a short walk to the shopping areas and the 'old town' part of Zurich. The rooms were nice and looked recently renovated. Arrived here to find they didn't have my booking, luckily they let me use their PC to show them my confirmation email. All sorted and parked downstairs (this costs extra), we went up a cool lift to our lovely room. Pros: Convenient location, 5 mins from the train station. Decent room size for a hotel in the heart of Zurich. Breakfast spread was quite good. Rooms are reasonably priced. English-speaking staff. The hotel is located a couple of blocks away from the railway station. The rooms were neat and contemporary. staff was just about ok.. in terms of willingness to help. breakfast was limited (more so.. cause i am a vegetarian). This is a good hotel if you travel by plane or train--very close to the main train station in Zurich, with easy access to the airport by train as well.
