Location is good 1 train stop form Zurich main train staition, not much near by but you can’t say it’s a bad area, train stop around 3 minutes walking. Taxis always at the door. Room are good, bathroom a bit small for a 5 star. Cons: the windows do not open so if you are a claustrophobic do not go... More

Second time in two years. New hotel, everything available, well equipped rooms, clean and efficient. Bathroom very good, including bath. At reception they need more capacity when people check out, rush hour in the morning. If you would like to visit Zurich as a tourist I never would choose this hotel, you should go for the downtown area

I've been in this hotel for many times since opened three years ago. It's still kept well and modern. The staffs are all helpful. This just 2 minutes walking to tram station and less than 10 minutes to city center. The only point is the small size of the restaurant as you may need some time in the morning to... More

I stayed in the hotel for a few months this year because of work in Zurich and would'nt have want to be anywhere else. The rooms are spacious, modern and have one of the most comfortable best out there. It was easy to live there because the slightly larger felt more like a studio or small apartment. The gym and... An absolutely amazing stay. I booked this hotel because it was cheaper and just outside the city centre. As I walked from the train station to the hotel (just a couple of minutes walk) I was a bit concerned based on the external look of the hotel. My concern was relieved quite quickly as I was offered a very nice... More

We booked to this marriot hotel using our points. We were immediately upgraded to the executive suite with unlimited drinks and services. We loved the dining at the top floor, tons of chocolates, cheese and dishes we normally would spend precious Euros/franks. The place was conveniently located to the tram. Our Swiss rail pass did help so we can explore... More

Clinical as you would expect of this chain. Comfortable rooms, efficient service and modern, as such a little lacking in character. Reason for a 3 - almost CHF30 per day for in room wifi. Scandalous. Wifi is available on the ground floor common area's.

We used our points to stay at this Renaissance. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station, but it's a comfortable stroll by a park, and a short walk to the main group tour bus location, if you want to catch one. A nice bar and quiet room.

The meh is more for indifference... Good: - It's a Renaissance, so fixtures and fittings were awesome. Had the odd Swiss thing of windows into the bathroom from the room, but the toilet was in a separate room to offset the oddness. - Staff were very friendly and were helpful where they could be. - Concierge lounge is on the...
