Chosen because of the proximity to business appointments, Renaissance will not disappoint as it delivers the brand promises. Stylish lobby, huge rooms and an alright breakfast selection. Would appreciate not having my electricity cut when I am away as devices are then powerless...

The service was terrible, food was not properly cooked. Rooms were not cleaned up to par (we found blood stains in the bathroom). Ive stayed at many 5 star hotels and this is definitely lower than 5 stars. Also the location is extremely inconvenient if you are wanting to see Zurich. There are other higher quality options at a lower... More

I came to Zurich as part of a business trip and chose the Zurich hotel, purely due to its proximity to the hotel where colleagues were staying. The area itself is not very busy nor has that many places to see, however, there is a group of restaurants and bars across from the novotel which is only a few minutes... More

We had stayed here during our family vacation. It is nice and comfortable. The lobby area is very nicely designed. We had breakfast included in our stay and liked the spread. The rooms are decent size with all the facilities. Staff is nice and happy to help always.

I wouldn't call this hotel very welcoming although the rooms are of a decent size and beds are comfortable (as comfortable as sleeping on two mattresses in a double bed frame can be). The neighborhood is far from attractive, shower cabine too high tech (no privacy), no breakfast served in the business lounge on weekends. Breakfast was kind of expensive... More

When arriving at the hotel you always get a warm welcome from the staff in the reception with a glass of prosecco. They are always helpful to give you details of places to sightseeing and clubbing. They're even able to provide tickets for some clubs for their guests. The rooms were very clean, classy and comfortable with a kingsize bed.... More

Me and my wife stayed at the weekend ... although it seems like a business hotel we very much enjoyed the executive lounge with its good enough catering and sauna-steanbath area. we arrived to the hotel by car, it has its own park area... there is a tram station right in front of the hotel, you can easily go withiin... Good hotel for business meetings. Room amenities and WiFi are excellent. The bed is rather hard, though I slept well enough. Location is in an industrial zone that seems mid-conversion to office/residential space. It's not particularly accessible to the centre of Zurich.

First - any hotel in a big city that respects jet lag gets my vote. The Renaissance Tower let me check in at 08:00AM after a long flight from Philly. They were VERY courteous and friendly. I checked into an ENORMOUS room. It was exceptionally clean. It's a very modern hotel, and I didn't see any wear or age on... More

On a one night stay for business, we were initially put off by the location not being within walking distance of town. However, once briefed on the tram service (tickets sold at concierge desk), we found it an easy place to base oneself in Zurich especially considering the high prices payable more centrally. Do not take a cab into town... More
