“best luxury hotel I have stayed in!”

it was the underfloor heating in the dressing room part of the bathroom in my junior suite that did it for me. Highly luxurious hotel, superb rooms, top quality everything. Insanely expensive. If you can get someone else to pay go for it! Not the kind of place I would want to stay in for personal travel :-)

“Best hotel in Zürich”

Best hotel in town, but you pay for it. Despite it is a big hotel, you don't feel it. The location is perfect; right in the beginning of Bahnhofstrasse. You always feel you are special there. The hotel's wine shop is a great place to buy delicious Swiss wines that you cannot find outside Switzerland.

This hotel epitomizes the legendary Swiss attention to detail and refined hospitality. It is the kind of experience which has one struggling to find a possible fault with anything and yet realize that the experience is truly faultless. As close to perfection as it can possibly get!
