We wanted a cosy hotel for the night before an early morning train trip so we didn't have to lug our suitcases all over. For this reason alone the Townhouse was perfect! Not only that it was clean, quaint and well managed. Reception is on level 5, and there is a small elevator to help you navigate the levels with... More

As everyone says it's well located, I'd add that it's cosy and charming and that the staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is not included, which for the price, I'd have expected it to be. It's self service and a bit of congestion is possible with checking in and checking out guests as well as... More

Another hotel booked by my son. Entrance off main Bahnhofstrasse that could be difficult to locate. Reception on 5th floor and bedrooms on 1st, 2nd, 4th 5th & 6th floors. Quite quirky with lots of old furniture. Beds very comfy and plenty of space in the room. Breakfast unusual in that you log down what you have eaten from a... More

We had to change the dates on my business trip, so they ask me to upgrade and pay extra which we did. I got there and it is not just one building for the hotel. The hotel is in top of other things on the 4 and 5 floor. The reception is not always open and they advertise free breakfast... More

One minute walking distance from the metro and railway station, many tram lines around for different destinations. Clean room and a cozy bed. The best experience for the most friendy reception stuff. All the girls helped me so much to figure out the route of my trip pointing it out on a map and giving some good advice which saved... More

Stayed one night so it was a short stay but i was very impressed with the location; the facilities; the comfort and the price. Zuerich can be very expensive and you get very ilttle in return but this was top notch. Very large, comfortable bed. Very central and convenient location. Very nice touches in the room with Molton Brown toiletries... More

Townhouse has everything you need in a very central location. Rooms are cute (not big) outfitted with safe, hair dryer, good tv, 1 water bottle, Molton brown shampoo, wash and lotion, good instructions, small desk, bright lighting if you want it. Very quiet looking out on interior court yard. Try to get room on higher floor to avoid looking at... More

In a side street to the Bahnfostrasse, a bit weird because you have to take the lift to the upper floor to check in. Kind personnel, nice room, not too large, but well equipped. breakfast is very basic but as you like, you just take fruit, or yogurt, or bread, or whatever and make your own coffee or tea. Comes... We only stayed here for 1 night en route to the airport mostly because of the hotel's great location. I couldn't imagine a longer stay... Must be the smallest room I've ever stayed in. It was, however, their cheapest room, so I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel is clean, very nicely located, and if you just... More

I actually have a contemporary style but the rooms here were really lovely The wallpaper, sofa, bedding etc all felt like they were antique-ish. I stayed in their junior suite so plenty of room. There is really not a lobby per se but in the reception area there are a couple of chairs and some alcohol for a night cap... More
