First of all, I must stress that Swiss Star apartments are not a hotel but - as the name implies - apartments. I guess most of the reviewers here expected a somewhat different - hotel like - experience and surely they won't get that there. Be carefull they take money from your credit card like thief. Unfortunately you need to give them the credit card number. I booked this place and 4 days before my arrival I need to postpone and change my arrival date. So I advice 4 days before the hotel writing that I have to move to another date and immediately has... Not even a fan in the and can't keep the windows open as its very noisy with trams and the swiss showing off their powerful motorcycles ...Avoid at all cost. Fell asleep by exhaustion....rooms were as hot as ovens

Worst housing experience ever. I would stay away! Other locations from Swiss Star Apartments aren't unfortunatly better.

is waste of money, the most rude people ever, the location is close to the red light district and the hotel is the worst hotel ever, free internet that actually is not working,
