We stayed at the Krone because it was central and near the train station. The staff were very helpful when we arrived early in getting a room for us. The room was reasonably large by European standards and quite modern. The breakfast (included) was beyond the offerings at most 3 star hotels

Hotel Krone is in the middle of a pedestrian area, and unless you have eagle-eyes, you won't find it by car. We had to park the car, and go on foot through the lively pedestrian area to find it.
