A friendly hotel reasonably priced for Switzerland. V close to station but still not far from shops and zug old town. Locals eat there so says it all. Rooms soundproof and v clean. Uk channels too!

I stayed here for several weeks whilst my husband was in Zug on business and I found everyone very friendly and helpful. The Rooms are spotlessly clean and pleasantly decorated. Breakfasts are Continental style but have plenty of choice including a Good Selection of fresh fruit.

My room was immaculantly clean with more than adequate heating facilities. The room was modern, fresh and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always helpful and accomodating. There was an impressive selection of fresh food for breakfast. Laundry service was of the highest quality, but very expensive.
