I stayed at this hotel for three nights and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were really nice and very helpful. The food was excellent and the facilities are fine. The location is excellent; only about 5 mins walk from the railway station. The rooms are minimalist in design and comfortable. The downsides now. The cabled internet was awful. VERY slow.... more

Very good business hotel. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The laundry service is efficient and the parking plentiful. It is walking distance to the train station and many area restaurants. The hotel bar is excellent. It has no air conditioning in the rooms and it can get pretty warm during the summer in Zug. more
