Tiny rooms, clean and pleasant. Comfortable beds. Many business people from allover the world frequent this establishment. Buffet breakfast is extra and not included in the hotel price. This hotel is nonsmoking. Excellent for budget minded visitors.

Price/Quality fair. Small room, however clean. The only thing that isn't good enough is the tv channels. You cannot see tv, because the quality is very poor. Wi-fi not perfect, but enough. Tricky password system. Walk distance from train station.

This hotel is a very faceless lifeless option. Not really budget prices but budget experience. Had to access via a machine which is daunting when freezing cold and noone to be seen on reception even though I arrived before reception was advertised that it would be open. These guys are lazy and should give up. Wouldn't stay here again as... More

We travelled to zug on business and this hotel was not our first choice but since everywhere was booked we ended up here. We had some trouble with the electronic reception machine to check in but then we managed to get the deluxe room which had very good as standards, which honestly I didn't expect.

I stayed here for one night in October 2014, in room #41, when a client in Zug booked me into it. It was OK. But I would rather not stay there again, if I had a choice. To be fair to the hotel, I think they have made a fair effort to make the rooms clean and attractively furnished. My... More

This is the cheapest option in town....but its pricey. We had the family room which as well as a twinned room, had a small adjoining triple bunked area. The room was very clean and had a good bathroom. It also came with free wifi and had tea/coffee facilities. The room was very stuffy with only a very noisy fan to... More

You can't talk bad about it but neither good. If you need a place where just to sleep than this place is fine...for 2 max 3 night, but just because you have to. It's a business hotel with all the basic amenities. Prices are actually high but since the company is paying its fine for me. There are single rooms... More

I've stayed at this hotel several times and always found it to provide clean rooms at an affordable price for Zug. The hotel provides free wifi and you can book a basic single for 119 CHF that is acceptable. Breakfast is 15 CHF and covers what you expect. Locally it is around a three minute walk to the train station... More
