I am quite forgetful, and so I was very thankful that I could leave my keys at reception as it was open 24/7. However, my room was quite compact and I couldn't manage to find the switch for the lights in the bathroom, and so I used the mirror lights. Very conveniently located, just a couple of minutes walk to... More

I have been for several nights in this hotel. My employer pays for it. I know different rooms. They vary very much. Some are quite spacious some very small. Sometimes you can not even stand at three sides of the bed. Some have 90cm beds. The largest i've seen was a 140cm i would say. The rooms are always clean.... More

The hotel room was nice at a very good price. The bed was very comfortable; I had a very good sleeping! .... and being within easy walking distance of both the tram line & the train station the hotel seemed to be quite good.

Stayed here for two nights over the holiday season. The hotel room was surprisingly nice for its price point (in Switzerland), and the room appeared to have been remodeled within the last few years. Unfortunately, the window overlooked the seedy back-ally and faced the train station, so there was some noise and we kept the shades drawn throughout our stay.... More

Three star is definitely overestimating the quality of this hotel. My colleague booked a two (separated) beds room and they placed us just under the rooftop facing directly the main train station in Lausanne. The distance between the rail tracks and our window was less than 20 meters, and the sound isolation was just absent. Incredibly small room for two... More

Expensive, noisy (located just under the railway station) and the welcome is terrible. No check in before 2 pm, no smile, no help, no breakfast before 6:30 (even close to a train station). Cheap furniture and decoration. Really disappointing. Shame on those people who think that costumers will alwas come anyway... so we don't care.

Small hostel with renovated rooms. Sold as traditional in Switzerland, but there is nothing charming to it, just a decent place with the basics to spend the night. Poor service (the canceled my reservation by their own mistake and didn't even apologize!, also they forgot to mention that I had a card for free public transportation and did not give... More

This is the WORST HOTEL i stayed in my life ever. Irresponsible staffs and poor service. We were so disappointed for the service provided and not worth for the money we paid. Luckily we stayed just one night. At least the room were average to stay not so poor. I DON'T KNOW HOW ITS EVEN RUNNING AS A HOTEL IN... More

This hotel, as the name suggests, is right near the station. We were a group of three people so we stayed on the top floor in a triple room. It was very nice, the room was bog enough, and it had a small fridge with tea and coffee making facilities, which is very rare when travelling in Europe. Although it... More

Well, it was OK for ONE NIGHT, and it was cheap for Swiss standards, but hmmm, my experience was not quite *****. It's the kind of place where you pay your room in advance, rather than at check-out, and there is nobody at reception during the night (creepy!), so you have to ensure you have to outside job key for...
