This is a good, clean, functional and comfortable hotel, which I would recommend to tourists and business folk alike visiting Lausanne. Note, the rooms have no air conditioning but do have a good fan unit. That said, if warm, it can get a little stuffy, even with the windows open. That said, the bed was very comfortable. The Wifi is... More

I came here on business as Geneva's hotels were full, catching the last flight to Geneva. I arrived at the hotel at 12.30a.m., yes, just after midnight. Unfortunately, the receptionist hadn't a clue what he was doing. He didn't seem to understand that I had a reservation and persisted in thinking I'd just walked in off the street at that... More

This hotel is just a walking distance from the exposition centre on a side street making it a quite position. Public transport is about 6-8 minutes walk away. There is private garage, very helpful when traveling with a car and a little bar. No restaurant onsite but full breakfast is served. Rooms are good in space and Internet connection is... More

In the Beauboug area, 10 minutes from the main station on the 3 and 21 bus, stop Presbytère. Don't be put off by the outside appearance or by the lack of character of the bar. Room not overly large but OK for one person. Breakfast very acceptable and in general good value for money. Personnel very friendly and efficient. I... More

The service was truly excellent! Staff was friendly, helpful and happy to accommodate a range of requests including breakfast in the room, many free of charge cups of tea with lemon and honey (I had a cold), ordering take aways and helping with internet connection. Nothing was too much of an effort. Wifi free and available throughout the hotel. Lovely... More

The hotel's position is interesting to visit the city's centre. Also parking is very large and useful. The staff isn't so kind or ready to satisfy request. The room is small as bathroom. other services show a middle level

Staff pleasant, building not pretty, rooms adequate, location not great, but public transport close by to take you to the city centre. If you are doing an overnighter and aren't concerned about style or centrality then this is a reasonable option.

Although a little out of the way you are given tram tickets so that you can get around Lausanne for free. Number 21 bus from the railway station if travelling by train as we were, can't remember the name of the stop to get off at but it is the one after Beaulieu. There is another Beaulieu-something stop before that... More

I do not know how this hotel rates that high on trip advisor. It is an old somewhat run down property - 60ies style - which would urgently need an overhaul. Rooms are sticky and feature a carpet with clear signs of usage. Breakfast has little choice. Personnel is nice and Internet free but that does not make up for... More
