Location is perfect...centrally located and a just a few minutes walk to the ski-lift (Furi, Gornergrat). The staff were very welcoming, friendly and always helpful. Very clean and cozy room with very comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. A la carte service was delicous. Over-all experience for 3* Superiour Hotel very good!!

Zermatt is expensive but for what we paid I'd rather have stayed somewhere more modern and in better shape. Location is ok as it's closer to the trams but don't like that it's further from the main part of town.

My Wife and I and two Children stayed here for the first week of April 2011. We had a wonderful week. The bedrooms were fairly large, the food was good and location couldn't be better. The owners and staff were most welcoming and we will certainly go back.. A W
