If you look for stylish grandnss combined with the experience of mountains, marvellous dinging and spectacular alpine wellness you are at exactly the right place. The design is very calm and combines modern luxury with Swissness finish and products.

As I reflected on our stay at The Omnia it seemed that the best description was the one Michelin uses for top restaurants: worth a trip. This hotel rewards guests who make the trip with a fantastic location, beautiful views, spacious rooms, a tranquil spa, inventive restaurant, and wonderful service. We had a room with a view of the village.... More

Enjoyed two nights at this stylish, designer hotel in Zermatt. The architecture and features are stunning - making the most of the light and views across the valley. We upgraded to a suite - it was very special to watch the sunrise and sunset on the Matterhorn from our bed or balcony. The room was spacious, well equipped with a... More

The staff members of the hotel were very attentive to all of our needs. We were picked up and dropped off to the train terminal free of charge, on arrival we were offered wine to welcome us. Our hotel room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The wifi was fast and very reliable. The cleaners were very professional and thorough. Also... More

The Omnia is ... the Omnia. With its tunnel next to the Hotel Heimberg and Matt Rosa winery. The Omnia should be visited, addictive, passion for Zermatt. It is one of the hotels, maybe the best of Zermatt, which has most impressed me in the Alps. Cuisine, service, rooms, views, lifts every corner ... art shows, sensitization, warmth, good taste.... We have just had a miserable and very expensive meal in the restaurant at the Omnia. The menu is limited to say the least with a choice of two starters and two mains ...unless you want the very expensive tasting menu. Then we were offered a special of fish....Sole for two. It was well cooked and presented but when the... More

Dear Member of Tripadvisor Thanks for your review. “De gustibus non est disputandum” yet it seems that you are brave enough to spew your review even though it is on the wrong site. You take the liberty to criticize the Mountain Lodge even without having stayed here. What a shame and how dishonest! You are in fact referring to our... More

We always have a weekend in Zermatt in August and usually stay at the Riffelalp. This time we decided to try something new ... not something we will do again! My husband called on our way to inform the hotel at what time we would arrive for pick-up. When we got to Zermatt station there was no-one there. He called... More

Dear Member of Tripadvisor Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and the few compliments here on tripadvisor. I apologize that your stay was marred by a rocky start when we could not pick you up as swiftly as you would have desired. Unfortunately our electric car was delayed by a few minutes because of the preparation... More

This hotel exceeded our expectations. I recommend it to most everyone and will return myself. Location: the location is quite central. The hotel entrance is just diagonal from the main square / church. If you are skiing, you could be closer to a lift (eg Cervo is closer to Sunegga; Zerbriggen's place is closer to the Matterhorn gondola), but Omnia... More

We stayed in an Omnia Tower suite, great views 180' with a nice view of the Matterhorn. Entrance is like something from Batman, along a 'cave like' corridor to an elevator that takes you upto Reception. Lovely staff, Tamara, Sara & Carina, friendly, very helpful and considerate. The porters are friendly and helpful too. All the fittings in the hotel... More

Just left a week long stay at the Omnia with my family and it is simply fantastic. The beautiful rooms and setting, the warm and gracious service, the delicious breakfast buffet, outdoor jacuzzi looking at the Matterhorn, beautifully stocked library of art books, I could go on and on. Congratulations to the management and every single staff person we interacted... More
