The man and woman who run this place are incredibly warm and friendly. The included breakfast is substantial, there is a view of the Matterhorn from the hotel, great location, free wifi, very clean. Would definitely go back. More

Nice staff, but the room was realllly tiny. Separate toilet and shower. There's a tap and mirror in the room. Couldn't open luggage fully in the room. Alfa Zermatt is fantastic value for money. The decor is fairly old, but the rooms are spotlessly clean. The service is fantastic.
