Hotel location is wonderful, but looks nothing like the picture on its brochure. Chose in part because it looked as if it were more remotely located and surrounded by trees and at the edge of the town. Would have been more disappointed and or disatisfied if there were not othr redeeming features. Front desk and wait staff were helpful and... more

This hotel is labeled as "KidsHotel" on myswitzerland.com and a lot is done for the kids (pool, game room, crib in the room for babies,...). The staff is very helpfull too. We found one problem with the food; no kid's menu is offered. The food is very good for adult with a limited choice, but somehow to fancy for kids. more

We were disappointed by the staff. You are not allowed to check-in early (=noon)- they didn't even bother to look if the room might be available already"Check-in at 2pm" was all they said. There was no shampoo in the shower, which the lady at the reception didn't believe us- she wanted to see it herself- and there wasn't any. Sometimes... more

The only positive aspect of this hotel is the location, close to Sunnega. I booked this hotel as the one we usually stay at, was occupied. I thought their concept BIO would be a nice change due to certain restrictions in my diet. Well, our first breakfast looked promising, but after that, the buffet was usually half empty with something... more

Pros: The Hotel is very stylish. We liked the look of it very much. Our room was small but we managed. We had a toddler and 2 dogs with us. Our room had a tub which was right in the main room but I guess they did the best they could with the space they had available. Overall, very nice... more

We stayed here with a large group of friends over the August Bank Holiday 2006. Thought the rooms had great character. Not sure about the shower in the corner of the room though, fine for couples, but not so good for friends or siblings. There was a bit of flooding as well! Comfortable hotel, helpful staff, good food. Stunning views... more

We only stayed 2 nights but we felt very happy in this Hotel. We liked the (southfacing) room on the first floor, with view of Matterhorn (see picture) and balcony. The shower is unusual, but works great (see picture) People are very kind and we enjoyed breakfast and one dinner. more

Just returned from a week skiing in Zermatt, with my husband, sister and elderly, but still sprightly, parents. We all loved this hotel which managed to cater for our different needs with style and charm. The rooms are modern and quirky, a decent size for a small hotel and comfortably equipped. Room 505 under the roof has a sunny balcony... more

I loved the Style Hotel - it is very stylish!!! I just stayed in Zermatt for 2 nights, but loved every minute at the Style Hotel. It is an easy 6 minute walk from the train station. It has recently been totally renovated so everything is new. I had a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn - amazing! The... more
