Hotel is not far from railway station nor from Matterhorn Glacier Express, no more than 5 minutes by feet, carrying luggages and skis. Our room, n. 232, was located on third floor and it wasn't small at all: very comfortable with a queen bed, large wardrobe, desk, wide window and a completely renovated bathroom with a really comfortable shower and... It's located not too near the train station, but if you walk for 20 minutes you will find it. The room was okay, but the view of the terrace was great. The front desk was very friendly and the guy spoke portuguese with us. I recommend it if you don't have much money(for Zermatt).

Had the misfortune to stay at this hotel in September on our European trip. We are 2 senior persons, and although I had read all the reviews about it being "not bad" but quite small, I thought we would risk it, as it did get some reasonable reviews. Oh dear, I'm afraid this time I felt let down, mainly because... More

This hotel is usually among the best value offerings in Zermatt. It is not a luxury place and facilities are somewhat limited (bedroom, dining room, ski room is about it) but is 'does what it says on the can'. Not the closest for the lifts but actually not too far away. If you are looking for a place to stay... More

Stayed for the weekend and this is a very good one. Front Desk was very kind and welcoming, very helpful. Roni (the lady who was at the frontdesk in the afternoon) was very nice. Small room but it is clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast is more than enough. Nice location on a very nice place. Will definitely stay again on... More

The price was right for this well run hotel. Small but clean rooms, modern bathroom. Helpful staff. Breakfast included, good variety and plentiful. Good location. 10 minute walking distance from the train station with some uphill before the hotel. Not a difficult walk. Good WIFI connection.

This was a very nice property. Rooms were small and the washroom was even smaller but it was sufficient for our one night stay in Zermatt. Breakfast was included and it was very nice. If you're walking from the station, it is uphill all the way.

We were very pleased with our stay at this small, well-located hotel. Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. Good bathroom, but a recipient to put the soap in the shower cabinet would be highly appreciated. Very good breakfast, with a good variety of choices. The staff was very helpful and gave us good visit tips. Hotel prices are quite... More

We really enjoyed our stay in Zermatt and at this hotel. Room was a perfect size, we had lots of room for luggage. The bathroom eas very modern even if the furniture was a little dated but I loved the huge wardrobe in the room. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. We used the taxi to get there and it... More
