Wonderful view, clean, spacious room. (A kettle would be nice). Very nice breakfast, with good coffee and great tea selection. Free wifi works well. Friendly helpful charming staff. Quiet location and hotel, and easy walk to the main village, Sunnegga and the bus to Klein Matterhorn. More

Lovely views of the Matterhorn that you can see from your bed (as the website claims). Clean and spacious for Swiss standards. Much better than other Swiss hotels we have stayed in. Could improve by providng kettles with tea and coffee in the bedrooms. The showerhead was mounted halfway up the wall which made showering a bit akward. Staff were... More

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Views of the Matterhorn exceptional! Can hear the sheep in the distance on the hills. Good service. Walking distance from everything. Highly reccommended. More

Chose this hotel as the most affordable (under $400) room left in Zermatt for a last minute visit and was not disappointed, worth it. I had a clean small room with a balcony overlooking the Matterhorn to perfection, breakfast was included, great selection and a fantastic espresso machine to make your very own delicious coffee in the morning. Enjoyed a... More

We picked Hotel Primavera because it was one of the few options in Zermatt with reasonable prices and decent reviews - and that's exactly what we found. The room was decent in size, and we had a balcony with two chairs and a great view of the Matterhorn. The bathroom was a bit dated and the breakfast spread was adequate... More

Decided to scoot off to Zermatt for the weekend as there was the folklore parade going on. I was told by most people that almost all hotels were fully booked and that it would be hard to find a place to stay. I jumped online and was able to find Hotel Primavera at 75$ a night. I arrived past 8PM... More

I don't really have anything negative to say about this place - it suited all our needs. We stayed here while on a budget ski vacation. However this hotel is great value and the location is certainly adequate. You can pretty much walk anywhere in Zermatt. This hotel is about 10 min walk to the train station/main square - we... More

Great value for money. Was the cheapest hotel in zermatt I could find and will return again. Is located 10 min walk from the main train station, although part of the journey is uphill. A taxi costs CHF 17. Two 30 year olds managed to carry a suitcase and ski equipment each but it was hard work. Staff provided a... More

Our extended family - group of 18-stayed at Hotel Primavera this summer on-off over a week. The staff was extremely accommodating to our needs and helpful in suggesting hiking trips around Zermatt. More

The location is good, about a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. As Zermatt is quite a small town, everything is well within walking distance. The rooms are basic but nice though there was a shower curtain in the bathroom which I hate as they always stick to the body & to make matters worse there was a... More
