“Certainly one of the best hotel in Zermatt”

I have been twice to the Hotel Schoenegg this winter and enjoyed it so much each time. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Zermatt and at the end of the ski trails, the staff is very helpful and nice and finally the rooms (specially in the new building) are beautiful- some have a view on the Matterhorn.... Very nice rooms in the new Chalet. Excellent gastronomic food and a very professional service in the dining room. Quite a nice spa with a beautiful view, no swimming pool. “Marvellous stay in Zermatt”

We spend just one night in the Chalet hotel Schönegg but everything was perfect. Beautiful and very neat room, very good breakfast, very nice spa with beautiful view on the mountains... The staff is very nice and accomodating. A real 4 stars sup. hotel!

The Schoenegg staff are professional, charming, fun and helpful. One even fixed my broken parka zipper! The food is gourmet and plentiful with adequate choice for all tastes.
