Just a few steps away from the Zermatt Station, i was pleasantly surprised that they had electric motor vehicles to cart baggage since other forms of motor vehicles are prohibited! The hotel entrance is between tourist shops. Don't let this fool you. It is a well appointed and attended accommodation. The Alpine decor is very nice and the staff is helpful. I would stay here again. More

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this excellent hotel,good range of facitities and attentive staff. One complaint would be the lack of temperature control in the rooms. - too hot with the doona on and too cold with it off. I believe blankets would improve the situation as the guest could calibrate to suit. More

This is a mixed bag! Old rooms, erratic heating... but excellent free childcare and probably the best concierge that I have met anywhere.
