Fantastic little hotel in the heart of Zermatt village. Spectacular design. Unique rooms makes your stay special. Great Spa facilities! Outdoor jacuzzi. Great service and "homy" feeling. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. We will return!

A great hotel, movie theater, bar, coffee, restaurant and the most amazing SPA in all of Zermatt. With the help of Zermatt's furntiture designer Heinz Julen some of the most amazing art pieces where used to create the hotel rooms and some of the common areas. A very nice place to be, not to far from one of the ski... More

Definitely a great choice in Zermatt! It's a small, delicate, and very modern hotel, with great service! We were offered welcome drinks upon arrival. And they also pick you up at the train station, for free. Check-in was fast and the lady was very friendly and attentive. She took us personally to our room, but before explained how everything works... More

WOW!!!!!!! what an awesome hotel. amazingly quirky, interesting warm and inviting. I called this hotel and resort 'My heaven on earth'. It exceeded all expectations with regard to quality, individuality and uniqueness. Luxurious, and so comfy and cosy. Only problem (very small problem) no bed for our 12 year old son, However the rest of the stay more than made... More

We had a long weekend in Zermatt in low-season and we loved our stay here. The hotel is well-located, close to the shops and restaurants, and only a few minutes walk from the main train station and the Gornergrat Station. The views from the dining room and our deck were nothing short of magnificent. We had a standard double room.... More

My partner and I stayed here in a Deluxe Double Room with Matterhorn View for 1 night. The location was perfect within the heart of Zermatt, an ideal launching pad to go out and explore, located a 5 minute walk from the train station - and a haven to come back to. From the moment we entered and were greeted... More

We decided to spend one night in Zermatt on the spur of the moment. Wishing to stay down town we booked a double room at the Backstage Hotel Vernissage and luxury Chalet. It turned out that the end of October was a low season and many Hotels were closed. From the reviews in Tripadvisor this hotel had only good comments and it... More

This is a well situated hotel. Close to the main train station. The room was quite nice but the way it's arrange is a little weird. We had the bathtub in the room, next to the bed! There's a fireplace, behind a curtain! We had loads of windows and a balcony. It's really modern and artistic. There must be a... More

This was one of the most beautifully designed hotels I've ever stayed in. Sleek, chic, modern design with all the comforts and luxuries you could ask for. On a quiet side street just steps from all of Zermatt's shops and restaurants. The hotel staff are incredibly accommodating. They provide a beverage upon arrival and Swiss chocolate at departure. In addition... More
