Although Zermatt is charming-this hotel is anything but charming. The staff, especially in the dining room, are rude. The rooms are dark and dingy. They advertise that the rooms have been renovated- DON'T believe them! Overall value for this stay was POOR! You can't say you haven't been warned. more

Grand was absolutely grand! Our suite had a balcony that faced the Matterhorn, it was gorgeous! Definitely recommend this place if you can afford it.
