The personnel in the bar and restaurant are fantastic.... However the rooms are tatty and need refurbishment especially at the rates charged per night!!!! But the view is utterly wonderful and they serve THE BEST CLUB SANDWICH I have ever ever had!!!

If you like Lugano, this hotel is quite nice. We stayed in junior suite 302. Enormous two room, two bathroom suite with four balconies. Overlooking the lake. Good value for the price. Wine, fruit, cookies, and chocolate everyday. Fresh water bottles and turn down service were very nice. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on that....
