We spent 4 nights in Locarno and could not have asked for a better location and hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, provided us with excellent dining and shopping recommendations. We had a great time and recommend this charming little hotel in the heart of Locarno to anybody.

Very arty, comfortable room in a boutique/cafe. Quietly situated near good restaurants in the old town. A bit of a panic when we arrived and everything was shut (cafe/boutique closed Sunday and Monday) but they soon arrived to check us in. Didn't book breakfast but we had a lovely coffee and biscotti on the house.

It's a combination of shop, cafe and boutique rooms. Good location in the old part of town, about 10 minutes walk from lakefront (you won't easily find it without directions). Lots of nice restaurants in easy walking distance. The owners are friendly, rooms are small but furnished in a fun way, and clean and bright. Reasonable value for Locarno, which... More

Antonella and Emanuele were charming, generous, and hosted us like family. The room was beautifully decorated and the spectacularly presented sumptuous breakfast was in a style and class different from any other breakfast. Location was excellent and the décor of art and plants was like being in a combination antique store and art gallery. Very strongly recommend.

The reviews were encouraging so I chose this B and B, but was disappointed from the get go. I entered the caffe? Shop? B and B? and there was no one at the desk in the clothes shop. I stepped down into the cafe and an older woman was arguing with 2 younger women. The older woman finally noticed me... More

We were looking for a one-night quiet stay in Locarno after our baby had been for three days at the local hospital for emergency. On the phone, the hotel staff said they could only take bookings made on the website. At the end of an online reservation process the note specified children were not welcome at the hotel. On the... Dear MariaandBen thank you for leaving your comment on Tripadvisor. While we can understand you were disappointed by the fact our bed and breakfast cannot accommodate children, we must point out the fact that we absolutely cannot accept your sentence about "discriminating place". As you well described in you comment, we informed you over the phone that our property is... More

Cute boutique hotel in the middle of the old part of Locarno. Its a mixture of a b&b, a cafe and a florist! Very relaxing atmosphere. Public parking available around and there is also a parkhaus nearby. Staff were very friendly and hepful. Highly recommended.

A lovely boutique experience, something different in this slightly quirky b&b in a great location in Locarno. A very warm welcome from the ladies who run it. They were friendly and helpful, great service without being over the top. The breakfast is amazing if rather a lot if it. So much thought and love gone into creating and running this... More

We had a wonderful experience in Caffe dell'Arte that went way beyond our expectations. We were shown all rooms in the house and when we felt in love with another room than we had initially booked, we were offered to change without additional fees. Our new room was romantic, spacious and with lovely balcony overlooking the garden and with view... More

the hotel maintains a good balance between being thoughtfully designed and being practical and clean. Every corner reveals a well designed, if not quirky, detail. The designer feel flowed into our room which was spacious, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was very nice, several well designed "courses" brought out one after the other. The small courtyard garden was also... More
