The hotel looked great, room was superb, they had a grand white 5star hotel look which was lovely. Breakfast was cute. Reception only at day time was very nice and helpful.

We just got married and we wanted to go away on our pre-honeymoon. So we decided why not splurge on a junior suite. When we entered our room, it was so warm. So I thought maybe it needs time to cool down. When we came back that night, the room was still warm. After 30degrees of sunshine outdoors and coming into a humid 27degrees, it destroys the whole point. We called reception and she said she can't do anything until the next day. But I knew there were rooms available for that night. The next day the owner came up to check it out, he said 'the reason why its not getting cold is because the window is open'. That was a great insult. The window was open because it was cooler to open the windows than to close it with the broken aircon. Then he said 'the air is not so cool but no so warm'.
