Soldanella is a real gem in St Moritz , with old world furnishings, lovely breakies and dinners and open to assist us ( with vouchers for the trip to Piz Nair). Only drawbacks were the expense of some items (Like Laundry) and the request to pay for intenret/ wifi which i would have thought to be part of the package.... More

Stayed 2 nights B&B rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. Lovely views of the lake and St. Moritz from the hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Food was good but the drinks were expensive - 2 Vodkas & coke 30 francs. Lots of memorabilia. Excellent stay. More

We spent one night here in September 2011. Our room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the lake. We ate in the dining room and there are huge windows to enjoy the view. It is worth wandering around the hotel to see the antiques and decorations. Very charming! More

We stayed there for 2 nights with 4 adults, 2 kids.Old fashioned hotel, but that gives a lot of charm. Rooms clean and well equipped. Beds very good. Very friendly staff, very helpful, always trying to please us. I dit not for sure experienced what is described in some previous negative reviews. Good breakfast buffet. Restaurant food average but service... More

I stayed in this hotel in march/2011. I booked a double room, but they put together 2 twin beds, that was too uncomfortable (we could feel the wood between then). My room faced the street, so I had to live with bus, people, cars noise.... The bathroom is too small. The breakfast and the dinner were good. We could walk... More

The building is old, but in a good way. You can feel the history of the place and the interiors create a nice, warm feeling. The view to the lake was indeed superb! The sinks were in the bedroom and not in the (small) bathroom, which was a bit weird, though. The restaurant was spacious, perhaps even a bit too... More

Hotel Soldanella is an old property . but the room in which we stayed ( superior room) had a great view. though the room is small but the view compensated for the same. as far as the amenities are concerned, it not so great. in the night there are mosquitoes around so one can not keep the windows open.... but... The Soldanella hotel is conveniently located near the town centre and a ten minute walk from the railway station. The recetionist was polite and willingly changed our designated room for one with a view over the lake & mountains. The bedroom was functional and adequate but had rather dated furniture & decor. We had a pre dinner drink in the... More
