We were very happy indeed with this hotel. They gave us an upgrade to a junior suite at no extra cost. The staff are extremely helpful, attentive and helpful. The hotel is very well run. We had very good food. The hotel is centrally located, which is important in St Moritz. It is an excellent place to stay.

Stayed for one night while on a tour. Good location in the upper town near tons of VERY expensive, upscale stores and cafes/restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are perfectly decorated--I call it Heidi Style- with light woodtones and matching fabrics. Internet was free I believe. Breakfast good--nice dinner. I'd definately return.
