“Good, centrally located hotel”

Picked from the station when we rang ahead. Large room with balcony and all facilities. Lovely terrace bar restaurant that catches the afternoon sun. Well situated in the centre of St Moritz Dorf. We caught one of their jazz and "hot stone" nights. Cooked our supper at the table

“A very friendly family run hotel”

We were picked up from the railway station as arranged, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful our room was very comfortable with everything we could wish for was there.the restaurant was excellent for our evening meal and breakfast,a great few days,we went for the snow and had plenty, a big thank you too all

“Perfect place to stay in st moritz”

we stayed at the Hauser hotel and arrived very early, the receptionist was happy to take care of our bags. She explained a lovely walk around the lake to fill in the time until our room wad ready. “Great location”

The hotel is conveniantely located in the center of St.Moritz and within walking distance to the mountain railway / skilifts. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Decent three star hotel, clean rooms.

“Great central location. Great for overnight stay”

Just needed a hotel for an overnight stay after getting off the Glacier Express. The hotel was still stuck in the 70's but the bathrooms look like they have recently been renovated. The beds were comfortable as well. The front desk staff were also very polite and helpful.

“Old, loud and overpriced”

The hotel seriously needs a renovation. The rooms look like from the 70ies, the bathtub was used and with stains everywhere. Everything worked fine in my room but in my colleagues rooms, the heating did either not work or only too hot. An interesting Hotel. We stayed three nights in October. The hotel is very bland on the outside and inside, using concrete as the base for most of the structure and not much color.
