The hotel was established in 1874, ie long earlier that St.Moritz got its railway connection with the outer world. It is a beautiful building, though somehow screened by high trees. Surprisigly, the old architecture and decor is well preserved outside and inside. Hotel is well furnished and decorated in a good taste and in overall harmony. Rooms are comfortable and... More

The Reine Victoria is definitely not one of the elegant palaces tradionally associated with St. Moritz but it is a palace on its´own right. The staff is hardworking and talkative. At the reception desk, everyone is multilingual and welcoming. The place itself needs some urgent renewal as it is somewhat decrepit in some corners. The rooms vary in size but... More

This hotel is huge with really nice building but for sure can use a upgrade again. Rooms are old but that is why prices are less here. Location is good service was ok not so good could use more reception staff but further overall was good, big breakfast. Hotel is good if you do not stay often here and have... More

We came as a group of 28 people. the staff was there to greet us and help unload our baggage from the bus. They were well prepared for our arrival. we were able to purchase ski passes and skis for the week which were suitable as there was no new snow. The staff was helpful at directing us to various... The rooms are old and need a renovation. The mattress are not comfortable. The food is great and the location is close to the lift. The stuff are nice and polite. Tha spa is expansive 20€. For 1.5 h. Overall it is anice place to stay.

Had a triple room with 2 friends for 3 nights for the Engadin Skimarathon in March. For the 3 of us it was EXCEPTIONAL value for money - so much better than other hotels around. For the marathon it is perfectly located in the centre of St Moritz Bad, a short bus ride from the St Moritz Dorf station and... More

Great location: walking distance to the ski Gondola/Cable-Car; across the street from x-country ski Marathon Loipe and Langlaufzentrum; next to hiking trails; next to the post office, next to Engadin-bus-stop and shops. Full ski room with ski tuning and ski rentals in hotel basement. Very friendly Staff and top-notch service. Excellent food including full hot breakfast buffet and Gourmet Dinner... More

We arrived at 8pm on a Friday night for 2 nights. In a four star hotel in a prestigious area, the least one would expect upon arrival is a little bit of help with the lugguage. This did not happen. We were very surprised to learn that no one on the reception desk spoke German/Swiss German, only Italian and English.... More

Dear Guest, we regret for his judgment that does not consider a few important things: - Documents: is the law of Switzerland, like other European regulations, which requires the recognition of all guests by the hotelier, so we are forced to ask all (Swiss included) identity documents - Porterage : the hotel naturally offers this service, it’s strange that your... This hotel is a bit worn down with very basic rooms. The staff is unprofessional and the location is not in the center of town with pretty much nothing around it. The rooms are very drafty and cold and when we asked for extra blankets the phones to call the front desk didn't work. With as many hotel choices in... More
