The hotel is actually noted as being a 4-star hotel, here on tripadvisor it says 3-star, I would say that is more accurate. The furnishings and the decor in the hotel lobby are OK, a bit old fashioned. The check-in staff were very friendly, the concierge was a bit rude on one occasion. We had a medium double room. This is a very special hotel. It beats me why it was given 3 stars. It is more luxurious than most 5 star hotels that I have stayed and with lots of character.
