We spent Christmas 2014 at Arosa and we must say the Posthotel Arosa was the perfect place to stay.Very close to slopes, short walking distance to the busstop and train station.Very friendly and helpfull staff, clean rooms and the 3 restaurants serve great food. You can park your car behind the hotel.Don't forget to bring your anti-skid chains when you... More

The Trattoria da Giacomo is the Italian restaurant located in the Posthotel Arosa. They have pizza, pasta and amazing risotto. I had the spaghetti Giacomo, my fiancé had the spurges risotto. The atmosphere is nice and the service efficient and fast. A very good value-for-money choice.

A very good value hotel in the perfect location in Arosa. Lovely breakfast, comfy beds, charming, helpful staff. No bar, buts there's a good one just round the corner. Heating is a bit 'all-or-nothing' but you get the knack after a while

Arosa is a small but very scenic sky resort. We stayed here last year for two nights in the month of August. The hotel is located right in front of the lake Obersee & just 100 meters from the Railway Station. We had requested for the lake facing room which was duly taken care of. Front office staff was very courteous &... More

I spent one night in Arosa and the Posthotel is defenitely not a four star hotel. The hotel is dated, old and ugly. The rooms are small and used. The staff and breakfast is good and can be recommended. I was disappointed and defenitely can not recommend it. In winter however it is right next to the cable cars.

A charming bijou hotel with great food and spacious room perfectly located next to the mountain train station and ski lift and the town centre is just round the corner. It overlooks a beautiful vista of Lake Obersee just across the hotel with the Alps in the distant. The free Arosa buses that go round the whole resort stop right... More

If you want to ski Arosa, stay here! Really close to the chairlift and cable car which are the only x2 ways of getting to the higher slopes. Luxurious hotel. Great staff, mainly Italians. Front reception exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great wellness centre with sauna and Jacuzzi free for guests (nakedness required!). Really hearty breakfast and good ski boot room... More

The rooms aren't the best looking as it's a bit outdated but the overall service of all the staff makes this a worthwhile hotel to choose. It has a great view of the lake or the train station. Location is fantastic as it's almost smack in the middle of town, very close to the supermarket, pharmacy and ski shops. I... More

In August we stayed for 4 nights in a family room which was really fine and spacious. The bathroom also very spacious and clean. The staff really friendly. Good breakfast. The hotel is near the ski lift to the Weisshorn, squirrels and birds can be fed just down the forest!

Was in Arosa during the off-peak season, so there was no snow but still loved the resort. The hotel has a fantastic view of Lake Obersee and the surrounding mountains which were simply majestic. The first thing I do every morning (and whenever I get a chance) is to open the windows and enjoy the view and crisp mountain air.... More
