We stayed at the Allegra Isla for our first holiday in Switzerland. We found the contact with Lisbeth & Julia to be easy as we have no German. After some considerable confusion over the terms of the internet booking we would recommend that you make sure exactly what you are paying for and that the hotel accepts your booking made... more

I stayed at the Allegra Isla from 22 to 26 Feb 2007, with my husband and two children (boys aged 9 and 7). We had booked a family room, south-facing, with balcony; we were very pleased with the accommodation as the room was comfortable and clean, and was properly prepared for us on the afternoon of our arrival.
