I had an absolutely brilliant stay at Edelweiss. The room is perfect (for what you pay),and the service is superb. Daniel (reception) helped me with everything I needed, and was the consummate hotelier. What a man. I highly recommend this hotel for value conscious travelers wanting to stay in Wengen.

We stayed at The Edelweiss for the Christmas week. This is a very good value budget hotel.Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, decent size bathroom. My has her purse stolen on the way to the hotel, the owner has been very helpful and make us enjpyed the stay despite the unfortunate event at Bern Train Station. This is a small family run hotel. But, the facilities can rank up to 3 stars. The facilies looks well maintained. You will discover that the staff are members of the family or clan but you will feel their seriousness in their craft.
