The hotel was conveniently located near rail station. We were given room on 14th floor with excellent view of snow covered mountains.The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff for most part was very nice and helpful.Hotel was close to major shopping area and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will certainly go back.

I've been happy with everything except the bed that was too soft. The restaurant at the 18th floor offers a splendid view (when the weather is clear). The food is good. The breakfast buffet is quite complete.

May be is has not a "swissstyle" facades like others in Interlaken but their location and service is very good. Because I was in a business trip I could´n enjoy too much my room and it´s balcony, which in fact was one of their best reasons to choose this hotel.
