Nice enough people, but rooms were old, place was noisy and breakfast left alot to be desired. Not much of anything for breakfast. Not worth the money I paid but was clean. Both my son and I would stay elsewhere next time, didnt enjoy at all.

hotel is very poor. rooms are terrible no one stays at reception staff working at there is very rude this was worst hotel we stayed in swiss please prefer another good hotel dont select it just because it has good location you will get disappointed by staying in this hotel

Very Lousy Hotel. Bad rooms. Only positive point is that it is exactly opposite interlaken West Station. Worst hotel Lobby ever seen. Very unpleasant welcome at the reception. Will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
