This is a great location to visit the town of Interlaken. Itis right in the middle. Good breakfast every morning. If you get a double bed, it is actually 2 beds pushed together. Super close to the tourist office. Beautiful view of the mountains from our room. more

My experience in May 2007 was not good. The bathroom stank and the staff insisted it was too much cleaning fluid. The hotel is located on a side street but very near shops and a park. It's about a five minute walk from the West train station. The Harder Minerva was on a quiet side street very close to everything. I mean Interlaken is really quite small so no doubt everything is close. The room we had was on the top floor, and needed just a little bit of care. The blind on the window wouldnt stay shut, so light poured in. A little hard for sleeping.... more
