The hotel is very well placed in center of Interlaken. By clear sky you see from your room the Alpes. Very clean and great service. You have to pay for internet, but hey , who needs desperately internet on holidays. Definetly an old fashioned 4 star hotel . more

Our stay in Interlaken was very much enjoyable, apart from the terrible memories we have of staying in this hotel. Not only were the staff rude and obnoxious but the hotel itself failed to live up to the historic character described on its website.
