I have stayed here twice with different people. The management is very accommodating. The breakfast has a lot of variety. Rooms are clean and comfortable. One morning we saw men parasailing into the vacant field nearby. The manager also let us leave our car in the lot while we took the Glacier Express on Swissrail.

I spent two nights at this hotel as part of a tour package. The hotel has undergone extensive renovations, so while it has all the styling of a traditional old Swiss inn on the outside, it is modern on the inside. I stayed in a small (or single) room on the 3rd floor. The upside to many of these single... More

Located 1 mile from town center's shops, restaurants and the train station, but the hotel offers a free shuttle for check-in/out. The desk will give you a coupon for the bus that stops right outside, but keep in mind it doesn't run after 7 p.m. The walk is no problem, especially in good weather. There's a few restaurant choices within... More

I stayed for 2 nights in room 208. The room was spacious with a large shower. The shower is not separate to the room so is suited to couples rather than friends travelling together. The bed's matress was a bit firm but not unbareable. The room was clean and had nice homely touches to it. I would recommend staying in... More

We stayed in at Hotel Lauberhorn for 3 nights, and had a comfortable nights sleep, a great breakfast, and personal care from the staff who wanted to make sure we got the most out of our stay. The services on offer are brilliant for active people, we really liked it as mountain bikers, with the ability to clean our bikes... More

We booked the biking package but we were disappointed with the support. It sounded good on the website but in reality it didn't live up to expectations. The hotel was nice apart from the open-plan bathroom/toilet (we stayed in 302 on top, north view). It was clean and modern. Basic, but nice and comfortable, also quiet. Breakfast was good with... Lovely stay in a modern, colourful and relaxed B and B with great functional room with its own balcony. Breakfast was nice and if you want there are other meals on offer. If you like to do your own thing and be out and about this is a great place , if you like fuss and staff on hand all... More

Such a lovely surprise \when I went into my room and found a balcony all tomyself and the best view upon the Eiger. The room is very big for a single room. Although simple it had everything I need (so no TV, phone, refrigerator). The staff were lovely and knew everything about the environment from restaurants, public transport, guided tours,... More

My husband and I stayed at this lovely small hotel for 7 nights in June. We had a balcony on the second floor, with a fabulous view directly on Eiger and Mittenberg Mountains, The room was small, but more than adequate for us. It was cleaned daily and nicely organized. The breakfast buffet included a selection of local cheese and... More

The proprietor Beni had good to great customer service, but... Most all the other receptionists and hostesses had an edge that was hard to overlook. For the money paid this made our stay uncomfortable. 1) On the first night I asked for a cocktail at the bar. The response for the hostess was "I get off in 15 minutes so... More
