Not the greatest place I've stayed in. The staff seemed indifferent, we had to carry our own bags up to our room (I don't mind lugging my own bags but for the price I thought it would be included). We just returned from a 2-day stay at Hotel Kirchbuhl and we liked this hotel very much. Gridelwald is a beautiful place and Jungfrau was excellent. The hotel staff were extremely rude and the hotel manageress even worse. They included halfboard in our price which was presented as 5 course buffet dinner. The first night (friday) was excellent.
