This hotels has 2 buildings, one which is the main building and the opposite building which is called Jungfrau Lodge Annex Crystal Hotel.I got the opposite building and I paid for the mountain view room and boy it was all worthwhile! The window view is amazing with snowy mountain Eiger and the isolated farmers house. It looks like a big... More

I definitely recommend this hotel. The staff is super nice, the room was clean and the views are amazing. Their free breakfast is also superior to most European breakfasts. Great location just a couple minute walk from the train station. The only slight issue is that most rooms also face a street, so there is some car noise. But grindelwald... More

We stayed one night at the Crystal Annexe of the Jungfrau Lodge. The reception is located at the main building diagonally across the street so make sure you go to the reception to collect the key first. The good thing about the Crystal Annexe is the availability of an elevator which makes it easier to bring your luggage up and... More

Our third visit to Switzerland but first time in Grindelwald. The hotel is positioned on the upper valley side, rather than in the valley (known as Grund). Beautiful from the outside with blue shutters, Swiss wood chalet style and has bedrooms with a clear view of the North Face of the Eiger and it was worth paying the extra for... More

We booked a room with a view of the Eiger - a little more than a normal room but it was worth it. The room was medium sized but with a good balcony which you could sit out on. You can see the Eiger and the valley which is beautiful. It is a short walk into town (uphill) about 5/10... More

We have stayed in both Jungfrau Chalet and the separate annexe hotel. Although the annexe doesn't have the chalet charm, it is quiet as it faces away from the street and it has magnificent and uninterrupted views. The staff are very obliging and helpful. Located in a good spot and represents good value for money.

We stayed for three nights at the Jungfrau Lodge. What a gem! It's a real Swiss Mountain Lodge, and as this was our first time in Switzerland, we felt like it was a great place to stay. The lodge is a family run business, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are walking to the... More

The rooms are small, but perfectly comfortable. On the downside they are pretty dark, but then small details such as having a very good hair-dryer. The staff were excellent and clearly made time to help all visitors in a variety of languages and with everything from planning activities to bus & train times. Perfectly functional and just five minutes from... More

A very nice hotel in Grindelwald. 5min walk from station. Friendly staff. No lift in htl so if you have big luggages it would be a bit of problem. Bed is good but the pillow is really flat n soft. If there are better pillow it wld be perfect! Request for a room with balcony, it'll offer a superb view

I came out very happy with the hotel and staff. They picked us up from the Grindelwald train station and dropped us on the day of departure as well. Breakfast was spartan but that's how it is in this part of the world. Our room didn't have a view but our cousins had a balcony and a brilliant view of... More
