When planning my next winter vacation- I remembered our very good experiance in a well managed hotel. A very friendly and helpfull staff. The Room was large, The Loby- cosy with Wi-Fi. Location: 10min walk up an easy hill from town. No problem, parking was available. Room: Standard room was pricey and modestly-furnished (especially for a 3star hotel!), however great view and everything worked well (including heating and hot water). Hotel Eigerblick is in an ideal location, Im not a very young person in fact 62! ny second visit to this area, and I have no problem with the approach but other less able people might. We stayed a weekend in this hotel as a group and we were very dissatisfied. The price-performance ratio was poor: CHF 250 per night for a worn-out double room w/o balcony. Rooms a good size A view fit for a postcard Restaurant staff excellent. that's where it ended. Night One. Booked and paid 6 months prior. Did not have our booking on arrival. We had a fantastic experience at Eigerblick over Easter 2006. Upon check-in, the staff was very helpful in giving us information about the Jungfraujoch and skiing options.
