The hotel is simple but clean. The staff was very friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant and found it very tasty - better than the restaurants we tried in Grindelwald. Basic no frills hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Nice relaxed atmosphere in quiet location. Excellent food and clean rooms. Ensuite bathroom small but functional. Would definitely stay there again.
