We have been several times and are going again. We have had some trouble with noise from the lifts and bar but otherwise everything is splendid. We stayed in a suite with one of the most beautiful bathrooms I have ever seen. We had a huge balcony that we shared with a couple other rooms. But the views of the alps were breathtaking. We stayed in 6 other 5 star establishments throughout switzerland and this was definitely one of my favorites. more
