Stayed there for 1 night, it is a small hotel, small rooms, small breakfast room, etc. It is quite decent, there is nothing special about it, but did not create any problems either. The only negative is the room price which is very high compared to what it offers, but this is usually the case in Switzerland.

Neuchatel has very few vacant rooms, so when you find something for Business stay, you spread around the tips. Restaurant is pricey but they do have Hamburgers and PatatesFrit which are just-a-bit healthier than the Macdonalds in "downtown" . Try asking for courtside, although 2nd floor streetside did have constant traffic noise from the Avenue of March 1st. Breakfast is... More

I was just one night in this hotel and therefore my review is pretty much based on the first impression. This was really good. The check-in was very quick and the staff was friendly. The rooms are quiet, clean and there is more that enough space. The breakfast buffet is quite standard for this type of hotel. I would definitely... More

I stayed kn the wellness room with turkish bath and power shower. The room is excellent. Only downside is up there the wifi is a bit slow. But still, not a big problem. The buffet breakfast is generous and varied. Location is excellent. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Would stay here again.

This hotel is very clean, nicely decorated, with luminous rooms and suites. It is well located, close to the lake and not too far from the city centrum. The management provides you with a free parking permit during your stay and there are many of parking places nearby, so this feature alone makes this a very good choice if you... More

We stayed there in a quadruple room, the check in was smooth and quick.Room was ok but bathroom was a quite modern. We took this hotel to visit interlaken, loathenburg and jungfrough. Since we had our own car to travel to the places so it wasn't bad to drive for 45minutes and park our car with free parking.

the hotel is alright. the location is quite good and considering the prices in Switzerland in general it is reasonable. the rooms are very small. it was summer and there is no air-conditioning. if the window was open then you could hear the noise from the outside there was no closet or shelves for clothes and they left a fan... Good location, few steps from the lake, 5min walk to the harbor, 8min walk to center of town. Clean rooms, large bathrooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful reception staff (they answered within 1-2 hours when we contacted them via email). Nice size room for 2 parents and 2 girls (8+10 years old). Highly recommended.

The hotel is very minimalist, verging on spartan, with large airy rooms decorated in ash effect furniture and flooring. This is very nice in the summer when I was there but I fear somewhat unwelcoming in the depths of a gloomy winter. My room was next to the breakfast room and wit hthe lack of sound insulation this was ideal... More

The hotel is quite elementary, clean enough, breakfast not too much. Unpleasant that there is concrete on the floor in the hallways, we stayed for a week, only once, there was no hot water. The location, however, is good, near the lake, near the funicular to the train station, near a good place to eat good crepes. Incredibly expensive for... More
